How to download The Sims 4 .package files from my blog:
1. Choose a site to download from (you don't need to sign up for either sites).
The link will take you to Adfly. On the top right corner of the page, it will tell you to wait 5 seconds before you can skip the ad.
To do this click the icon and press "Don't run on this page" (for AdBlock in Google Chrome). This will refresh the page and allow you to skip the ads and go to the download page.
If you clicked the Mediafire link, this page will come up. Wait for it to load then click the Download button.
If you clicked the Dropbox link, this page will come up, and you can click the Download button to download.
The files should download to your "Downloads" folder on your computer. When they finish downloading, all you have to do is drag the .package file into your Mods file. You should find this by going to your Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.
And that's all you have to do! You don't have to open the file or anything (it won't work if you try to). It should automatically load into your game.
